Please help Sara with her Domestic Violence case& legal fees

Hi there, My name is Sara, I live in Australia since 2018 and in 2022 I escaped from Domestic Violence.

2022 was the toughest and most difficult year of my life.

While trying to escape from DV and relocate to a different state ( Queensland) I got impacted by one of the nation’s worst recorded flood disasters in the Northern Rivers ( NSW)

writing off my car and without any possibility to access any government funding.

I had to report the DV to immigration and my visa in Australia got instantly compromised.

25 days later I got a refusal notification from the Department of home affairs giving me 35 days to leave the country.

Refugee& Immigration legal service assisted me with the appealing process and reducing some of the fees then, and my application was successfully submitted and pending to further hearing court date. Now the date is getting close and my situation requires immediate legal representation equal to 10.000$ going to Freedom Migration Services, to legally represent and assist me at the tribunal.

My case has good prospects of success with their help , hopefully leading to my Permanent Residency in Australia.

Even though still a hell of a journey,

Now, I am grateful, to be strong enough to ask for help.

Hola, me llamo Sara, vivo en Australia desde el 2018 y en 2022 tuve que huir por violencia doméstica.

2022 fue el año más duro y difícil de toda mi vida. Mientras intentaba escapar de la situación de violencia doméstica en la que me encontraba, sufrí las peores inundaciones que se han registrado en Australia, perdiendo mi coche y sin ninguna opción de ayuda del gobierno.

Tuve que denunciar la situación de Violencia Domestica a Inmigración y eso comprometió de inmediato mi visa y papeles en Australia.

25 días después recibí una notificación de Inmigración denegando mis papeles y dándome 35 días para salir del país.

El centro de refugiados e inmigración me ayudo con la aplicación para el proceso de apelación que quedo pendiente para una fecha de juicio en un tribunal.

Mi situación ahora requiere representación legal equivalente a 10.000 $, sin esa representación y ayuda legal es muy probable que no lo consiga, pero con esa ayuda la posibilidad de finalmente conseguir mi residencia permanente son muy altas.

Aunque sigue siendo una pesadilla de proceso,hoy me siento agradecida, de sentirme lo suficientemente fuerte para pedir ayuda.
