Sara is the most kind-hearted and giving person I know. As a 911 operator in her small town, she spends her days helping others through some of their most difficult moments, always putting their needs before her own. Despite her selflessness, Sara faces a deeply personal challenge: she has been trying to start a family for over seven years, but infertility has made that dream feel out of reach. Without insurance through her county job, the costs of seeing specialists and pursuing treatments are overwhelming, and I wish I could do more to help her.

This journey has taken a toll on Sara’s mental health, especially as she sees her younger sister and other family members welcome children. It breaks my heart to watch her struggle with feelings of isolation and longing, knowing how much she hopes to experience motherhood herself. Sara’s resilience and compassion have touched so many lives, and now she needs support from her community to take the next steps toward building her family.
