Help Sapphire & Tyler

Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for my dear friends Sapphire and Tyler Anderson. Sapphire is an incredible and dedicated stay at home mom to their toddler twin boys. Tyler works with incarcerated youth to financially support the family of four for their every day expenses. However, yesterday the unexpected happened and they had to rush their three year old Husky, Ashe, to the vet emergency room because he was throwing up blood and had blood in his stool. Within a whirlwind of less than 24 hours they paid over $5000 only to be told that their beautiful family dog wouldn’t make it.

To know this family is to love them. They didn’t hesitate to do whatever they could to save Ashe but it was ultimately out of their control as the vet informed them early this morning that Ashe’s vitals were dropping and his organs were failing. I had to convince them to have me start a GoFundMe because they are so selfless and didn’t want to inconvenience anyone. But here’s the truth - they would do anything for anyone and they need their family and friends to rally around and support them during this difficult time. Not only are they losing their beloved family member, but they’re also having to navigate the detrimental financial impact to this single income family of four. Your donated funds will be used to directly pay off the credit card they used to pay for the vet bills.

Ashe was the best boy. He loved talking back, playing chase, loved his little human brothers from day one of meeting them. Loved long walks and long (and very fast) runs at the dog parks, lake swims at the cabin, catching flies, peanut butter, and howling. He loved his dog sister Stormy and his aunt Sue. He’s filled their lives with such joy - the loss is devastating for such a young dog. 

UPDATE - Sapphire was able to make it to the animal hospital before Ashe passed. She was able to hug him and hold him as he left this earth.

The animal hospital reduced the final bill so I’ve adjusted the goal $500 less.
