My name is Santos Mateo Suc, and I have been a delivery worker for five years. For the past three years, I have also been organizing with Los Deliveristas Unidos. I have worked for Relay and Grubhub.

Recently, I was injured after being hit by a car while working as a Deliveristas, fracturing both of my knees and leaving me unable to work for months. As I recover and try to get the medical attention I need, I am struggling to cover my basic expenses such as food, rent, and other essential costs.

As delivery workers, we often rely on community support to get through difficult moments like this. If you are able to help, I would deeply appreciate any support to help me get by over the next few months while I heal. My hope is to recover and return to the streets to support my family doing the work I love most—delivery work and serving New Yorkers.
