Help Santiago Cosigua

Santiago is a young 29 year old man recently diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and has begun his journey towards treatment and recovery. However his wife Andrea and him will now confront all the economical challenges which this entails. Santiago currently does not have insurance or the means to cover the expenses of chemotherapy, hospital stay, travel and others and needs a helping hand.
