Help Santiago Breathe Easier: Surgery Fund

Hi, I'm Tali. This is Santiago, my beloved French Bulldog, who has been my companion through thick and thin.

Recently, Santiago has struggled to breathe, which is common in French Bulldogs due to their brachycephalic (short-nosed) structure. After a visit to the vet, we found out that Santiago needs nasal surgery to correct stenotic nares and might need additional tests for other respiratory issues.

This surgery will help Santiago breathe as he is struggling to breathe through only one nostril at the moment. This surgery will also help stop his nose bleeds and discharge he has been battling with for the last month.

The surgery involves enlarging the nostrils to improve airflow, reducing the risk of heatstroke and enhancing his ability to breathe comfortably. It will also address and fix his nose bleeds and discharge he is struggling with. Additional tests are necessary to check for conditions like elongated soft palate or tracheal issues.

This is the cost breakdown:

We need $1,800 for the surgery, $900 for pre-operative tests, and $800 for post-surgical care and medication.

I have already paid over $2,000 for vet visits and exams to get to a clear diagnosis but my funds are running out and he needs this surgery as soon as possible.
