Help Santana Eppinger Overcome Heart Failure

Hi,

I’m Santana Eppinger, I’m a 12 years breast cancer survivor. Year 12 I found out the second round of chemotherapy I took during breast cancer treatment had a side effect of heart failure. Which I just found out I have. I’ve been feeling sick for a while, Experiencing shortness of breath to the point I can’t stand, walk, wash the bath tub and even from driving.My energy runs out fast like I’m doing something strenuous when they are normal simple tasks.I also experience rapid heart beat. I couldn’t breathe lying down . During the night I would have to keep sitting up gasping for air. I finally decided to go to urgent care to see what was going on. Before even telling me what was going on I got rush to the main hospital where the had a team of cardiologist to treat me.They did a CT scan, EKG, cath procedure and ultrasound. They discovered My heart is enlarged with 2 of the 4 valves leaking. I get fluid around my heart and on my lungs. If I intake more then 48 oz, It causes shortness of breath and have me to choke and throw up. I have a rapid heart beat because it’s overworking itself to do normal functions. I was told my heart is only functioning at 20%. I can feel my heart beating, my whole chest rocks.I was in the hospital for 2 weeks, As the was trying to find out why at 38 is this happening ?! All the came up with was the chemo for breast cancer. I lost my job due to this illness and currently have no insurance. So all expenses I have to figure out. I’m in foreclosure status on my home about to lose my home. This has taken a big toll on my life. They say don’t stress but it’s overwhelming honestly. When I feel good I do Lyft/uber but after my hospital stay , it has become harder to even do that. Now that I know what’s going on I’m more cautious with my diet. I can’t have caffeine which makes it harder to fight the fatigue.I was exhausted after 2 hours of driving uber and is not enough to help me get caught up.

I’m Renting a vehicle to do Lyft/uber because I got into an accident and my vehicle was totaled. The weekly payment of $455 takes all the money I have the energy to work for. So I’m not getting caught up just paying for the vehicle to work and get to doctors appointments. Until I find another way.Now I have the added expenses of 7 new medications and the weekly doctors visits.! . I’m lost in what to do and , as difficult as this may be I'm asking anyone that finds it in their heart to help during this trying time to help me get back on my feet. With the power of God and the support of you all I WILL be able to beat heart failure like I did breast cancer!
