Hi; I’m a nurse in a 30-bed pediatric Intensive Care Unit trying to raise some money to buy some soft toys/stuffed animals for kids to open up on Christmas morning! I work Christmas eve and the thought of Santa not being able to find the kids because they’re in the hospital hurts my heart a little. Many families have too much going on emotionally to think “let me bring a present” when their child is hospitalized, it is my hope that every kiddo on my unit has at least one gift to open Christmas morning.
