Sansa, my six-year-old dog, has always been full of energy and joy. She loves running, going for long walks, and playing with her favorite toys. Just over a year ago, she became a part of my family, and since then, she has brought so much happiness and comfort into my life, especially during difficult times.

Recently, Sansa was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). At first, she was just a little wobbly, but within a week, her symptoms became much worse. She went from being able to walk and play to dragging her paws, and then suddenly, she lost the use of her hind legs. It was heartbreaking to see her go from a grade 2 to a grade 4 so quickly. The vet has recommended an MRI and surgery to give her the best chance at recovery.

The funds raised will help cover the cost of Sansa’s MRI, which is needed to identify the affected disc, as well as the surgical expenses, anesthesia, and her overnight hospital stay for monitoring. These treatments are essential for her to have a chance at walking and playing again. I am deeply grateful to anyone who is able to donate to help Sansa.
