This is my mother, Sandy. Sandy is a wonderful mother to two adult children, grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren, an aunt, and a friend to many. She has always been a hardworking and loving mother and has dedicated her life to her family and friends. She has also been a dedicated employee of San Bernardino County for over a decade.

Sandy is battling an aggressive form of cancer that has not only drastically affected her life, but has also affected her ability to be financially stable. She has been navigating the painstaking process of disability in the US and has had trouble maintaining a steady income.
