Help Sandy Pedigo with her Medical costs in 2023

My wife Sandy is disabled and has not worked since 1998. Her medical bills/insurance are scheduled to cost us $42,000 in 2023. I was laid off in early October 2022. We tried to get insurance through the exchange but it is more expensive than our COBRA.

I am actively looking for work but I haven't been able to receive an offer to this point. I think the economy and the holiday season have contributed. I am also working with a Veteran's group that helps place military and veterans in jobs so I am getting support there.

We have exhausted our savings and have the health insurance paid for January and we should be able to make our mortgage payment for January as well but after that, we are going to be without resources and no immediate income on the horizon.

I am Navy veteran(15 years active duty) and I'm in my 14th year as a Free & Accepted Mason in Tennessee and a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite 32° KCCH.

I am very reluctant and embarrased to have to ask for help but I am also not going to sit by and do nothing. I have devoted my life to service to others and if you find it in your means to assist, I promise I will pay-if-forward when I am able.
