Be a blessing to Sandy West through her cancer journey!

Let me tell you about my friend and sister, Sandy West AKA Sanbonita West. Not only is she one of the sweetest and Godliest Christian ladies I’ve ever meet, she’s also the friendliest! There is always a smile on her face, and her eyes show that smile too! 

Sandy was diagnosed with a Pulmonary Sarcoma, which is a rare form of cancer. Her first surgery is on November 7th to have it removed. From there it will be decided if she will need a few treatments of Chemo or not. There will be a second surgery down the road to remove a benign tumor in a different part of the body, but the lung cancer is the primary focus right now. Because of these surgeries, Sandy will be on short-term disability from work for at least a month, but there will still be bills, and possibly other things she’ll need help with! Short Term Disability (STD) is usually a lot less than your regular pay check.
