Help Sandy through Surgery

Upon a recent routine doctor visit, Sandy's doctor ordered some blood work. As a result, it was discovered that

she had been anemic and had to undergo immediate iron infusions due to extremely low hemoglobin levels. This led to other tests such as an ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy. Unfortunately, there was another discovery that was made from her biopsy, they found precancerous cells in her uterus. They are also concerned that there is actual cancer higher up in her uterus, so she was scheduled for surgery right away, January 27th for a full hysterectomy.

Her out-of-pocket expenses just for the infusions and surgery alone are over $8,000 and far exceed her financial ability. She also needs to take off six weeks of work for her surgery and will not get paid or receive any disability benefits during her recovery, leaving her with an additional $3,000 of unexpected costs.

We understand that these are challenging times for many people right now. Sandy is an amazing person that brings much joy to many people. We are asking for our family and friends to help support our cause and show Sandy that many people out there are thinking of her and supporting her in any way they can.
