Hi.. as most of you know my mom Sandy Green has been in the hospital for multiple strokes.

She has been moved to Rehabilitation and Thank GOD she has not had another relapse.

Her strokes were/are caused from a main blood vessel on the right back side of her neck that is blocked and she is on blood thinners and medication that can try to help however it will not take it away and the surgery is way too risky of losing her because it is too deep in her brain.

She will be at risk of having strokes in the future.

She is improving..

However she will be at Rehabilitation longer than a normal person that had a stroke because of her condition and they will not release her until they know that she has 24/7 care at home and certain medical supplies.

Some of it is not covered and others takes time to get approved for.

This medical emergency situation has also made it to where she can not work and has very little income.

I have helped out since she has been in the hospital however I had a bad fall and will be out of work because they can’t accommodate my restrictions.
