Hello, my name is Sandra, and my family and I are organizing a fundraiser to support a place for us to stay. I am also in need of hip replacement surgery, which was supposed to be scheduled, but because of the storm in 2024, it never got rescheduled. When the storm hit, a tree fell through my house, causing major damage that was beyond repair.

I was diagnosed with 3 breast cancer and need to have surgery, but because I'm not financially stable, I won't have a home to recover at. We have been living with family members, but it has become harder for us because it's difficult for my 14-year-old autistic granddaughter to adjust to new places. My son is the only one working, and it's barely enough to make it through.
