I am a 64-year-old hard-of-hearing woman. Suffering from a significant disease, a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. On May 10, 2022, I had a CP myotomy. On May 31, 2022, I had a Frontalis Sling. These surgeries were successful. Both surgeries are temporary but have improved my quality of life. I am now on my own and face many medical expenses not covered by Medicare. I am blessed to live in Canada, the costs would be greatly more than living in another country.
