Help Sandra Get Life-Changing Surgery

We are raising funds for our dear sister, Sandra, from the Utila Congregation in Honduras. She has been suffering from severe health issues for a long time, and now finally has a chance to receive life-changing surgery. At the moment, her internal organs are so displaced that doctors describe them as being “like a hammock” — this surgery is essential to restore her health and quality of life.

The cost of surgery is high. While £2,000 might not seem impossible in places like England or elsewhere, here in Honduras, where the average wage is just $2 an hour (£1.50), it is incredibly difficult — especially for a single mother like Sandra.
