Family and friends,

I humbly come to you asking for your love, prayers, and support for someone who means the world to our family—my child’s Godmother, Sandra Davila, lovingly known to my children as Tia Sandy.

Sandra has recently been diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. If there is one thing we know, it’s that this journey is not an easy one. Tia Sandy showed up in the biggest way for our Stella June during her fight, and now it is our turn to show up just as fiercely for her.

She will be undergoing port placement very soon, followed by chemotherapy. This will require frequent travel to San Antonio, Texas for treatments and countless doctor’s appointments. Sandra is a devoted mother, wife, daughter, and an incredible friend to so many.

This fundraiser is meant to help ease the financial burden that comes with cancer, travel expenses, medical copays, and everyday bills that don’t pause, even when someone is fighting for their life.

We put all our faith in our good Lord and stand firmly on His promises:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11

We will rally around Sandy every step of the way, believing in healing, strength, and brighter days ahead. We will stand beside her until the day she rings that bell.
