Dear Friends and Community,
It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to ask for your support for Sandra Blair, who tragically lost her beloved son, Keauno ‘Popsy’ Watson, to senseless gun violence. Popsy was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him—full of life, love, and endless potential. His smile could light up any room, and he had dreams that inspired everyone around him. Keauno A graduate of St. Georges College in 2017 and went on to the University Of The West Indies where he Major in International Relations and Psychology . His life was cut short two days after receiving his acceptance letter from the University Of The West Indies to collect his Degree .Tragically, in an instant, those dreams were shattered, leaving his devoted mother, Sandra, with an unimaginable void. His singular dream of using higher education as a vehicle to move his mother to a better neighborhood will no longer be achieved.
No parent should ever have to bear the pain of burying their child, especially under such devastating circumstances. While we cannot truly ease Sandra's pain, we can come together as a community to provide financial support for the funeral costs, counseling, and other unforeseen expenses she now faces during this incredibly difficult time.
We ask that you consider donating to help Sandra as she navigates this tragic loss. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and alleviate some of the financial stress that comes with such a heartbreaking situation. Your kindness will allow her to focus on healing and honoring Popsy's memory.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and support during this challenging time.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Hyacinth Morant
