I was asked to create this fundraiser.

My name is Sandra Summerford, and this is way out of my comfort zone because I've always been a giver, not a taker. But I'm at a point in my life where I need help. I was in an accident on 8/9/2025. I was mowing and flipped the lawn mower. My left hand was damaged very badly, and I'm unable to use it per the doctor's instruction, so I'm unable to work and now I'm facing multiple surgeries on my hand/wrist, and we have no health insurance right now.

My husband has been a truck driver for almost 30 years but recently had to quit after having surgery and then cut his finger very badly with a table saw. The stress of all of that and all the crazy drivers out there was about to cause him to have a nervous breakdown. He is actively seeking employment closer to home, so hopefully, we can have insurance and get back on our feet. Bills don't stop when income does, and we're doing all we can to make ends meet.

I'm not asking anyone to do anything that may put them in a bind. I'm asking more than anything for prayers for us and that you would also pray, and if the Lord lays it on your heart to help in any way, that you would please do so. I love and appreciate you all very much! God bless!
