Help Sandi Beat Stage 4 Terminal Melanoma Cancer

To all reading this, my name is Chanel. I am reaching out for help for my beautiful mum, Sandi, who was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer in 2021. After a long and challenging journey, we were overjoyed when she was cleared of the cancer last year due to her self-discipline and positive mindset. Unfortunately, in a devastating turn, her melanoma has returned in its advanced terminal form - Stage 4 - and is much more aggressive this time around.

The type of terminal melanoma she has is rare and complex, which means that the treatment options available to her are very limited. One potential treatment could offer her a chance at survival, but it is not covered by our health system. As it stands, her partner Antony will need to fund this treatment entirely as she is too unwell to work in her current state. As a family, we’re doing everything we can to support them both for a chance of my mum’s survival, but the costs for this treatment are incredibly overwhelming.

We’re reaching out for help to raise the funds needed to cover the treatment over the coming months, to give her the best possible chance at beating this cancer and to keep fighting for the future we all desperately hope for.
