Accident Details
On December 27, 2020 Sander Klemp went out hunting on property near his family home. When he did not return at a reasonable time his mother, Marcia ,went out to look for him and discovered him laying in the woods. He had fallen from his tree stand, was in pain and could not move.
Marcia immediately called for help and Sander was taken to Mercy Health Muskegon where it was determined that he had broken his neck, resulting in a severe C5 spinal injury.
After a 4 week stay at Mercy Health Muskegon he was transferred to Mary Free Bed to start his recovery journey. This is the beginning of a new normal for Sander, his partner Annie and daughter Tatum.
Why are we Raising Funds?
Sander, Annie and Tatum will need an accessible vehicle for everyday transportation. Sander plans to return to work as soon as possible; he and his family are hoping to get out and moving!
