Samuel is a Seven-year-old who is cheerful, happy, and a smart young boy who has suffered from a condition called sepsis and almost lost his life. He is currently hospitalized in Managua and needs extensive treatments. His family is by his side in Managua, but will not be able to continue to pay for his medical treatment that will be required to get him healthy.
