My name is Samuel, and in July, my life changed completely when a devastating house fire destroyed everything I owned. In an instant, I lost not only my home but all of my possessions, leaving me with nowhere to go. Since then, I’ve been couch surfing with friends and family, trying to stay safe and hopeful, but now I’m facing the very real possibility of homelessness. It’s been an incredibly difficult journey, and I’m reaching out for help as I work to rebuild my life from the ground up.
