I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during one of the most difficult times.

My father Samuel Jackson (Teddy) is currently hospitalized in Jamaica Savanna-ma-lar hospital and in urgent need of life-saving heart surgery. He has a weakened heart and the doctors have told us he needs a pacemaker and stent procedure as soon as possible to stabilize his condition and give him a real chance at recovery.

Unfortunately, the cost of this surgery and the related medical care is more than we can handle on our own. We’ve already been doing everything we can, but time is running out, and we need help to make this happen.

Now we’re asking anyone who can help whether family, friends, loved ones near and far to please help us raise the funds he needs to stay alive and get back to his family.

We’re trying to raise $15000 USD ($2 mill JMD) to help cover:

•Surgery (stent and pacemaker)

•Medication and recovery costs

•Follow-up care
