Please Help my mom escape an Unfair & Abusive Situation

Hi, my name is Sam Babcock and I’m reaching out for help on behalf of my mother. She is 73 years old, and after years of being a loyal and devoted wife, she has been abandoned and left penniless by the man she trusted.

For 15 years, my mom endured verbal and emotional abuse from her husband. Despite this, she remained committed to their marriage, even caring for his elderly mother until her passing. But now, after everything she has done, he has left her—moving in with another woman and leaving her with nothing.

She is scared. She has no income, no savings, and no way to afford a lawyer to secure a divorce and break free from this toxic situation. She has met with several attorneys, but they all require at least $6,000 just to begin representing her. At her age, she is unable to work, and she feels hopeless.

I am asking for help because my mom deserves better than this. She deserves safety, peace, and a fresh start. If you can contribute, no matter how small, it will go directly toward helping her get legal representation and the support she needs to move forward.
