Help Sammi Smile Again Before Their Birthday

Hey friends,

A few weeks ago, I shared on Facebook that I need extensive dental work. Even after insurance covers $1,000, I still have about $2,500 to pay out of pocket for extractions and dentures.

I had started prepaying to get ahead of it—but then one of my front teeth unexpectedly fell out, which pushed this from “someday” to urgent. As you can imagine, walking around with a visible gap has been incredibly tough on my confidence and mental health.

I have an upcoming appointment to have the remaining teeth removed and to be fitted for immediate upper dentures, lower partials, and later a realignment procedure for the upper plate.

This isn't how I wanted to spend the weeks leading up to a milestone birthday—but getting this done now has become a top priority.
