Samlee Labun and his wife, Thinnakorn Labun, have always worked hard to support themselves and their community through their farm. Recently, the Kona Low Storms brought devastating floods to their home and farm, leaving them with unimaginable losses. Their house became completely flooded, and their household appliances were damaged beyond repair. Both their car and work van were submerged and are no longer usable. The storm destroyed their crops—beans, chilis, sweet peppers, tomatoes, dragonfruit, bananas, squash, and papayas—wiping out years of hard work and income. Essential farming equipment like their generator, tractor, and planting/harvesting cars were also ruined, making it impossible for them to continue their work or begin recovery without help.

The funds raised through this campaign will go towards urgent and immediate needs and expenses. With your support & contributions, Samlee and Thinnakorn can start to rebuild their lives, restore their farm land, and regain the stability they lost so quickly.
