In August 2023, our lives changed forever. Samira was diagnosed with metastatic Stage 4 colon cancer. Since that day, she has faced this battle with incredible courage and grace.

Samira is kind, soft-spoken, and endlessly loving. She has touched every life she’s encountered and is a cornerstone of her family, friends, and community. Her generosity, warmth, and quiet strength have inspired us all. Even in the face of unimaginable challenges, she continues to show resilience and faith that leaves everyone around her in awe.

Since her diagnosis, Samira has undergone multiple major surgeries and over two years of intensive chemotherapy. The journey has been physically exhausting and emotionally overwhelming, yet she continues to fight.

As young, independent business owners, Samira and her family have always worked hard to build their livelihood and support others. While they do have insurance, it only covers a portion of the mounting medical expenses. The remaining costs — hospital stays, surgeries, chemotherapy, medications, specialist visits, scans, lab work, and follow-up care — have led to substantial ongoing medical costs.

New medical bills continue to accumulate daily, and the family would deeply appreciate your support during this challenging time.
