My name is Samir, and I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this.

I’ve been living with diabetes for some time now, and it’s beginning to take a serious toll on my health. I also have neuropathy that causes constant pain and weakness, and my kidneys have failed. I’m on dialysis several times a week just to stay alive. It’s exhausting—physically, emotionally, and financially.

My doctors say I need a kidney transplant to survive, but the process is long, and the costs are overwhelming. Between medical bills, transportation to dialysis, and just trying to get by day to day, I can’t do this alone.
