Help Samia to stand on her -feet -again

I am Samia from the war-torn Gaza strip.

I am Married with a child, I lost everything I had, I lost my house where I lived and my Desert & sweets making project which was our main source of income, and the loss did not stop at this, as Israel robbed me from my childhood and lively hood in my 20s, completely traumatised me, broke my character, paralysed me, and lost my mobility, freedom and life, and this happened during the displacement of me and my family in northern Gaza from one place to another due to shelling and displacement on 3.12.2023, when shells and missiles poured on us from every direction, it led to the loss of two of my family members, and a serious injury to my left limb (amputation of the top of my left leg) in addition to shrapnel throughout my body, which led to my sitting in a wheelchair and lack of mobility.

I faced a lot of difficulties as I need special medical and psychological care in light of the difficult conditions where there is no proper food, drink, medicine or painkillers to ease my pain when I sleep and in my normal day.

I also face great difficulty being in northern Gaza, where we are exposed to many cases of displacement from places of bombing and destruction.

During the period of my injury, I spoke with many doctors outside the country and they told me that I need many operations, including a plastic surgery on my leg in preparation for the installation of a prosthesis and a surgery on the upper left leg, as these operations cost huge sums of money, and I do not have even the minimum amount of these sums.

I don't want my health to deteriorate and I need you to support me and stand by my side.

I don't feel like wanting to continue living, I want my life to end here.

Therefore, I need treatment abroad and the installation of a limb that will enable me to stand in front of my child and my husband who used to sit in front of me, to support myself, meet their needs, help them, and return to my life as it was to rise again.

أنا سامية من بلد الحرب من غزة، متزوجة ولدي طفلة ، فقدت كل ما أملك فقدت بيتي الذي كنت أسكن فيه ولم يتوقف عند هذا حيث اغتال الاحتلال شبابي في العشرين من عمري، شلّ شخصي تماماّ، فقدت حركتي وحريتي وقد حدث هذا أثناء نزوحي أنا وعائلتي في شمال غزة من مكان لآخر بتاريخ 3.12.2023 حيث انهالت علينا القذائف والصواريخ والتي أودت إلى فقدان اثنان من عائلتي وإصابتي إصابة بالغة في طرفي اليسار (بتر في أعلى رجلي اليسار) بالاضافة إلى شظايا في أنحاء جسدي أدى ذلك إلى جلوسي على كرسي متحرك وانعدام حركتي.

واجهت الكثير من الصعوبات حيث أحتاج لرعاية خاصة طبية ونفسية وفي ظل الأوضاع المتردية حيث لا مأكل مناسب ولا مشرب ولا دواء ولا حتى مسكنات تخفف من آلالامي عند النوم وفي يومي الطبيعي..

وكما أواجه صعوبة بالغة كوني في شمال غزة حيث نتعرض للعديد من حالات النزوح من أماكن القصف والتدمير،

خلال فترة إصابتي تحدثت مع العديد من الأطباء خارج الوطن وأخبروني أنني أحتاج للعديد من العمليات منها عملية تجميل استعداداً لتركيب الطرف وعملية جراحية في أعلى الرجل اليسار حيث تكلف هذه العمليات مبالغ طائلة، وأنا لا أمتلك ولو الحد الأدنى من هذه المبالغ

لذلك أناشدكم لا أريد لوضعي الصحي التدهور فأنا محتاجة أن تساندوني وتقفوا بجانبي.

لا شيء يحببني في الاستمرار، أريد للحياة أن تنتهي حيث هنا،

لذلك أحتاج للعلاج في الخارج وتركيب طرف يؤهلني للوقوف أمام طفلتي وزوجي الذين اعتادت جلوسي، لأسند نفسي، وألبي احتياجاتهم وأساعدهم وأعود لأمارس حياتي كما كانت لكي أسمو من جديد،
