Help Sami Al-Gharbawi Rebuild and Study
Donation protected
“My name is Sami Al-Gharbawi. I am 19 years old and I am a student from Gaza. I graduated from high school with an 84 average in the scientific track, and I’ve always been a dedicated and talented student.
I registered for my first university semester but couldn’t continue. The war began and destroyed the university where I was studying. Since then, we’ve been displaced multiple times and have suffered from the lack of food, healthcare, education, safety, and security. We are suffering in every way.
My home was destroyed, and now it’s unlivable. We’ve lost everything. Life feels like it stopped two years ago. There is no source of income to repair our home or allow me to continue my education. Please support me so I can survive, return to my studies, rebuild my home, and keep hope alive for my future.”
-Sami Al-Gharbawi

Sami is a 19-year-old from Gaza who continues to dream of a better future despite the devastation surrounding him. He recently shared with us that school registration is closing soon, and he cannot afford to enroll. Many of his friends, who’ve had GoFundMe campaigns running for longer, have been able to register, and he fears missing this opportunity to continue his education.
This campaign is not just about education. Right now, Sami can’t even access basic necessities like food. He is one of the many victims of the ongoing famine. His situation is urgent—this is about saving his life and preserving his right to live, learn, and hope.
Sami has begun sharing his reality on Instagram in hopes of reaching those who care. He is not asking for much—just a chance to survive, to study, and to be heard.
Please consider supporting or sharing. Amplifying Sami’s voice is vital. Every donation, every share, every act of solidarity makes a difference.
All funds raised will be sent directly to Sami to support his immediate survival, school registration, and essential needs. We are in direct contact with him and will continue to share updates on his situation so you can follow his journey and see the impact of your support.
Thank you for standing with Sami. Your solidarity can help save a life and protect a young man’s right to live.
