Hello, I'm Samar from Gaza and this is my family.

One day we had a life full of happiness, peace, security and reassurance, we had a small house that is like a safe zone for us, full of memories and beautiful details that brings our family members together in it, it may be just a house for others but for us it is a complete life history details warmth and tranquility. ..

Then a war broke out in Gaza without warning, we never expected the magnitude of its hardship, the war turned our lives upside down, destroyed our beautiful little house full of details that are like life to us, we suddenly found ourselves displaced in a tent with no protection from the summer heat or cold winter, homeless in the streets of the city...

This is our story...

That's why we asked whoever was able to support us to restore our house and have a better future... Give us back the hope to return to our previous normal life.

My name is Karam Afaneh from the United States, I basically taking the initiative to help my friend Summer from Gaza to help her build her house which was destroyed on war on Gaza. Samar is the only supporter for her family and she thrives to build back their home for her and her two sons. Samar is living in the tent now with her family struggling to keep herself intact and healthy. This effort is completely humanitarian and have nothing to do with any conflict or political propaganda.
