When Samantha was diagnosed with Stage Four Breast Cancer in July of 2019, she knew she would never be able to carry another child due to the severity of her disease. After two years of brutal chemotherapy, radiation, a double mastectomy, multiple hospitalizations, countless scans, and unpleasant treatments they are finally in a place where they would like to move forward.
Samantha and Raz's dream is to grow their beautiful family. While they were able to freeze three embryos, the only way to make their dream come true is through surrogacy. Unfortunately, this is a very pricey endeavor. But they hope to give Ilan another sibling and to continue forward in good health.
In addition, Samantha may have to go on another chemotherapy drug in the coming months, as her medical team evaluates for metastatic disease. This drug will likely be very expensive, but will allow her to continue to live her life to the fullest.
Throughout the past two years, Samantha has been a pillar of resilience and has endured her treatments with the utmost grace. She and her family deserve to continue to move forward in positivity and love.
