My name is Michelle Fish, and my daughter and her husband went on their first ever vacation together to celebrate their anniversary last week. While there, Samantha fainted and fell very hard. She ended up in an ambulance and broke her collarbone. This was bad enough to ruin their time, but she does not have medical insurance. They will obviously be incurring a lot of medical bills from Vegas, as well as having to see an orthopedic doctor when they got home. She is possibly facing surgery, which she has a 50% chance of avoiding.

Wait, there is more. While my son-in-law Darrius has a good job, my daughter is the primary breadwinner in the family. She is a Massage Therapist and she will not be able to work for at least 8 weeks, given she won't have to have surgery. Darrius has taken a 2nd job to help, but the next few months will be a challenge for them as a family. They have 4 amazing, beautiful kids to support and provide for.
