My name is Samantha. I am fundraising on behalf of my 22-year-old daughter who was the victim of a drive-by shooting in Colorado Springs in the early morning hours of Nov 15th while visiting friends.

She and her friends were followed into an apartment complex parking lot when the shooting occurred. One bullet hit the back of her vehicle, and three bullets entered through her front windshield. One of those grazed her left shoulder, the second struck her in the chest (1mm from her heart), then angled downward, nicking her spleen and stopping in her small intestine.
