Hello! My name is Samantha, and I could use some help with paying rent + other bills/necessities for this month. A bit about me: I'm trans-femme, (They/She) I love building & playing ttrpgs, watching bad movies with my partner, and listening to new music!

I've had a rough past few years, between recovering from surgery and dealing with my chronic illness, to working jobs that barely made ends neat. The only thing that kept me from homelessness was staying with family, but I recently was forced to move on short-notice after they decided to downsize and sell their home. I was left to scramble, and I worked extremely hard to secure a place and I already have a job secured! However, moving expenses were more than I anticipated, and I've already drained through the little savings I was able to save up.

Now, I'm worried about making enough for rent by the end of the month, as I barely have enough for groceries, not mention I have other bills due, and I'm already been stockpiling on my biologics I have to take twice a month for my chronic illness. My partner is disabled otherwise she would help, and my family either can't or won't help with finances. I've worked so hard to get an apartment and a stable job, but now I'm worried it's going to all crumble just as I got moved in. I've been behind before, but without a safety net, I would feel more secure if I at least had enough to cover rent for this month.

I always feel bad asking for help, which is why I try not to unless I feel it's 100% necessary. Plus, it's Pride Month and it'd be nice if you could help a trans-femme out! Any amount raised would be going towards rent/necessities like groceries & medications.
