Ginny and I are facing an unexpected crisis in Pittsburgh. We had to fly out urgently to Presbyterian Hospital because Ginny's fiancé was transported from Erie, PA for ECMO treatment. It was a stressful journey, and on top of the medical emergency, our car started overheating and smoking. We took it to a shop and spent nearly all the money we had to get it fixed, hoping we could make it back home safely.

But not even ten minutes after leaving the shop, the car overheated again and shut off, leaving us stranded in Pittsburgh. With very little funds left, we're struggling to cover the cost of completing the car repairs and finding a place to stay for the night. We're doing everything we can to support Ginny's fiancé during this difficult time, but the unexpected expenses have left us in a tough spot.
