I'm Sam's high school friend and classmate, Justin Welter. Last Friday night (June 11th), there was freak accident, and Sam was badly injured.

Here are the details shared so far by her family:

Sam is at Methodist hospital in Des Moines . She has a broken neck and fractured spinal cord. She was life-flighted early Saturday morning. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Sam is always on the lookout for us and willing to help a friend. Let's come together as a class, community, and network of friends to help Sam with her needs in this trying time.
