Earlier this year, my dear friend Samantha found out about her dark passenger, Stage 3 ovarian cancer.

As she undergoes treatment — chemotherapy, countless doctor visits, and preparation for an upcoming surgery — she continues to care for her Daddy. Balancing her own recovery with caregiving responsibilities has been both physically and emotionally challenging.

Costs for home care supplies, supplemental medications, and holistic therapies are adding up quickly, and while the total amount of medical bills is still to be determined, their potential arrival is adding stress. Any help during this time would mean so much — whether through a donation or by sharing her story with others who might be able to help.
