Sam is someone who has faced more challenges than most. At one time, he was homeless, but through determination and support, he was able to secure an apartment with Section 8 assistance. In December, his apartment was transferred, but unfortunately, the change of address was not processed. Because of this, Sam never received any of his bills, and none were paid. It took a lot of effort to track down the account numbers, but now that part is sorted out.

Sadly, Sam's power has been cut off for over two weeks. The payee company finally has the correct information, but due to the lateness, a deposit is required to restore his power. On top of that, he lost all his food when the power went out. Sam no longer has any food stamps, making his situation even more urgent. He started coming into our business about six months ago, and in that time, I've come to know him as the kindest, most gentle soul. He just needs a little help to get back on his feet.
