My name is Sam, and I’m reaching out because I’ve been sick since May 18th after getting SEPSIS from an infection I got from COVID I’m still admitted in the hospital, focusing on recovery day by day. Being away from work for so long has put a huge strain on my finances, and I’m facing mounting bills for medical care that insurance does not cover , rent, and utilities.

I work as a warehouse supervisor but right now I don’t know when I’ll be able to return to my job. I’ve always tried to handle things on my own and rarely ask for help, but the stress of being out of work and the growing expenses have become overwhelming. I’m doing my best to stay positive and focus on getting better, but I can’t do this alone anymore.
