Help Sam Recover and Rebuild After Surgery

My name is Sam, and majority of everyone that knows me I have tattooed or seen in the business. Nov. 17th I was admitted into the hospital because one minute i was standing the next I wasn't and I was losing feeling in my right leg. Ontop of having covid, I laid there in quartine in pain ad my disc was herniated 2 inches out pressing on my nerves. The next surprise was to find out I had fractures in my spine that I had been living with for a while explaining the additional pain. So instead of a scoop operation it turned into a hardware install too. 4 screws and two rods in my back. I was hospitalize til Dec. 3rd back home where my next hurtle would come. I had psychical and occupational therapy come to my house. Until January I was trying my best with getting disability and other financial aid colorado programs, but being a 1099 you don't really qualify for much as a w2. Each day a different number to call and being at home was my new hell. From the phonr rejections, the pain growing in my back, and escalating fights at home about money, I just wanted to end my life. Instead I called 911 and admitted myself to psychiatric hospital. Since being back at home my significant other doesn't want to deal with me anymore or my medical issues. He has given me 2 weeks to leave the apartment because I haven't been able to work to pay my half of the rent, which I understand their frustration and wish I could explain better what is happening to me. I've never ask for handouts or help but right now I just need help and support to get back to Missouri for my well being, and recover from this back surgery.

April 18th 2025, thank you all for helping me raise $500 to get back to my home from colorado to Missouri. I miss you all and hope you are doing well. Good news is that I've been feeling better enough to wiggle slowly without giving myself whip lash... still happens in the grocery carts. My family has been very supportive and the cats are happy being night guards. I want everyone to know is you all saved me and my animals.

I raised the amount to ask for help to get through another month. My grandfather lost his VA coverage and have been difficult to schedule with them. Disability hasn't gotten back to me yet in missouri like colorado and my doctors won't make a referral for my back even though it's been recent surgery. Just needing physical therapy and to keep track of my back. But I just want to help my grandparents out for housing me while I'm healing from this surgery.
