Our dear friends Sam & Rainer (and their adorable cat Zuli) lost their apartment and most of their belongings to a devastating fire in their apartment building last week. They are grateful to have made it out unharmed and continue to count their blessings, but it will take them a long time to replace all that was lost. They are in need of clothing, furniture, basic necessities, and all the other things that make a house a home.

If you know Sam & Rainer, you know that they would do anything for their people. We want to be there for them as they begin to rebuild their lives. They are in the midst of planning a wedding, and the cost of living in NYC is already so high. Anything you can give will act as emergency funds to get proper clothing and essentials as winter approaches, and ensure they have some short-term stability during this difficult time.
