Help Sam Keep His Car and Manage His Health

My name is Pam Hilburn, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea for my son, Sam. He is facing an urgent crisis: his car, which is essential for getting to work when he is able and for attending critical medical appointments, is at imminent risk of being repossessed.

Sam has been living with chronic, severe Crohn’s disease for years, managing to lead a mostly normal life and support himself despite the challenges. However, earlier this spring, he developed severe anemia, which has taken a significant toll on his health and ability to work. Due to this, he has fallen behind financially and is now in a precarious situation.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the financial support my son needs at this time. I recently had to undergo hip surgery, which I paid for out of pocket in Mexico. This unexpected expense has left me in a difficult financial position, unable to assist him as much as I would like.

We are urgently seeking your help to address the following needs:

Car Loan Payment: We need to pay off the remaining balance on his car loan to prevent repossession and ensure he has reliable transportation for work and medical appointments. The total amount needed is $8,000. (He has paid off half)

Medical Expenses: Contributions will help cover costs related to managing his anemia and chronic Crohn’s disease.

Daily Living Needs: Supporting essential living expenses during this challenging period when he cannot work as much.
