Help Sam in his road to recovery

Story

After experiencing some excruciating pain, Sam went to the hospital to get it checked out.  The doctors gave him an MRI on the bottom half of his body, where the pain was located but didn't locate the actual infection in his spine until two weeks later when they did a full body scan.  Sam has been hospitalized and is currently under going steroidal therapy to hopefully reduce some of the inflammation surrounding his spinal cord.  Right now there is so much pressure on his central nervous system that he has lost the ability to feel anything below the waist.  His diagnosis is called Transverse Myelitis.  If you know Sam, he's a husband and father of two little girls - my nieces Klea and Xiomara.  His one wish is to be able to play with his girls again and continue teaching them how to skateboard (his favorite hobby since middle school)I ask that you please give what you can towards this fund to help him with the medical bills that will ensue and to help supplement what income he will be losing from not being able to work.   Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for your contribution, The Takemotos
