Help Sam Hernandez Fight Metaplastic Breast Cancer

I am organizing a GoFundMe for the amazing and wonderful Sam Hernandez.

Sam is a mother of two beautiful boys with special needs and is a warrior who leads with kindness. She has the true heart of a mommy and not only takes care of her own family but also uses her time to help support other families when their babies need a safe place to land.

She has been recently diagnosed with Metaplastic breast cancer, a very rare and typically aggressive type of breast cancer. This type generally only accounts for around 1% of all breast cancer cases overall. Because Sam is needed at home due to her sons' needs and the support she provides to others, their family is mostly a single-income household. As treatments progress, Sam will most likely not be able to continue the work she currently can do from home to supplement extra income.

We all know how broken the medical system is, and while they are insured, we also all know that only accounts for so much. Her doctors plan to launch an aggressive treatment plan so that Sam can beat cancer's ass and be with all of us for many years to come.

Please donate as much as you can as often as you can. Let's give back to the woman who has often kept us all afloat and offset the rising costs related to her treatment. Let's do what we can to prevent them from going into debt just to keep her with us.
