Help Sam Heal: Brain Surgery and Recovery

Hello, my name is Austin and I am crowdsourcing for my wife, Sam's upcoming brain surgery on 11/15/2024. She needs to have a cavernous malformation removed from her brainstem that has caused her three known hemorrhages in the last two years. Recovery is expected to take between 6-12 months, and we will not know what symptoms or deficits she might experience until after the surgery. She is fortunate enough to be in the care of one of the top vascular neuro teams, but this does require us to travel for her appointments. All donations would help cover medical and travel expenses and any unpaid time off of work.
