Help Sam Follow His Calling to Bible College in the USA

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I'm reaching out on behalf of our 19-year-old son, Sam, who is preparing to follow God's calling—to study at Ethnos360 Bible Institute (EBI) in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA.

This August 2025, Sam will leave Australia to begin his studies at EBI. This isn’t a decision he made lightly—it comes after much prayer, reflection, encouragement and guidance from church leadership in Cairns. He feels deeply called to mission work, and EBI provides mission-specific training that aligns perfectly with his passion and purpose.

Here’s a message from Sam:

“This August, I will be moving to the U.S. to attend Bible college at Ethnos360 Bible Institute. This decision was made after a period of intense personal prayer and guidance from my church leadership in Cairns, and I am confident that this is where God is leading me.

Bible college has been something I've aspired to pursue for years. As I've matured, I've realised that I feel unfulfilled when I’m not living my life for our Lord and Saviour, and I believe Bible college is the next step in my journey—not only to grow deeper in my faith but also to prepare for the mission work I feel called to.

I’ve chosen EBI because of their mission-specific training and the opportunity to reconnect with other missionary kids from Papua New Guinea, where my family previously served and I attended school.

As I prepare for this transition, I’d really appreciate your prayers.”

✈️ What We're Fundraising For

The total estimated cost for Sam’s first year at EBI is AUD $35,000, which covers:

Tuition: AUD $21,500

Living Expenses: AUD $5,000

Travel Insurance: AUD $2,000

Visa & Melbourne Interview Travel: AUD $1,500

Return Flights: AUD $5,000

For our international supporters:

USD Equivalent: ~$23,320 USD

GBP Equivalent: ~£18,310 GBP

Sam has been working full-time since graduating in 2023, and through incredible dedication, he's already saved AUD $12,500 toward this goal, that is 36% of his needs met.

Once the first year is complete, Sam will return to Australia during the summer break to work and raise funds for his second year of study.
