On January 21, 2026, Sam’s life changed in an instant. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pleomorphic Liposarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Since that day, her world has been filled with doctor appointments, hospital visits, and the emotional weight of facing a diagnosis no one ever expects to hear. Sam has already begun an intense treatment plan that includes chemotherapy and immunotherapy. While these treatments are giving her a fighting chance, they have also taken a tremendous toll on her body. The side effects are overwhelming - constant pain, severe fatigue, nausea, and days when even the smallest tasks feel impossible. Each treatment leaves her exhausted as her body works to keep fighting. Before her diagnosis, Sam was actively pursuing her education, majoring in Public Health and working hard toward her goals. Unfortunately, the physical toll of treatment has made it impossible for her to continue this semester. With deep disappointment, she had to withdraw from her classes because the exhaustion and side effects made it too difficult to keep up. Along with the emotional and physical challenges, Sam is now facing an overwhelming financial burden. Because her treatment schedule is so demanding, she has been unable to work. Medical bills are piling up, and everyday expenses continue to grow. Right now, she is facing the very real possibility of eviction by the end of this month. Sam is doing everything she can to focus on what matters most - fighting this cancer and holding onto hope. But she cannot do it alone. The support of family, friends, and compassionate strangers can help relieve some of the stress and uncertainty she is facing during this incredibly difficult time. Your support will go toward helping Sam cover medical expenses, housing costs, and basic living needs so she can concentrate on her treatments and recovery instead of worrying about losing her home. Every donation, share, and message of encouragement means the world. Thank you for helping Sam continue this fight and reminding her that she is not alone.
